About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at a remote lodge in Bela-Bela, Limpopo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and supervisory skills, with experience working in a similar environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks on lodge facilities
- Supervise and guide a small team of maintenance staff
- Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and general building systems
- Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent Trade qualification (Electrical, Plumbing, or similar advantageous)
- 24 years experience in maintenance, preferably in hospitality or lodge environment
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance
- Experience working in a remote or bush environment advantageous
- Valid drivers license
