Bela-Bela: Program and Facilitator Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Program and Facilitator Manager to lead and manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of a variety of camp programmes in Bela-Bela. The ideal candidate will be a strong and confident leader who can manage large teams of facilitators and oversee programmes for large groups of participants.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and deliver sport, leadership, adventure, and environmental camp programmes.
• Ensure programmes are age-appropriate, engaging, and aligned with educational or development goals.
• Coordinate and manage daily camp schedules and activities.
• Lead, supervise, and support a large team of facilitators during programmes involving large groups of participants.
• Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to facilitators to ensure they deliver programmes professionally, safely, and enthusiastically.

Requirements

• Diploma in one of the following fields: Sport Management, Outdoor Recreation Education, Environmental Education, Leadership Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in camp facilitation, outdoor education, sport programmes, or youth development programmes.
