About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Receptionist & Secretary to join our team at an automotive workshop in Bellville, Western Cape. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent administrative and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing service bookings and scheduling workshop appointments
  • Opening and processing job cards accurately and efficiently
  • Welcoming customers and handling all service-related enquiries professionally
