Job Description
Hire Resolve is excited to be working with a reputable client in Benoni who is in search of a talented Millwright to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be integral in maintaining optimal operation of machinery and equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems and machinery
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
- Maintain and update maintenance logs and reports accurately
- Assist in the installation of new machinery and modifications
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment failures swiftly
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
Requirements
- Qualified Millwright with a recognised trade certificate
- Must have experience in the beverage industry
- Proficient in mechanical and electrical repair techniques
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
