About the Role
The Admin Clerk role at Route Management involves providing administrative support to the department, ensuring effective case management and meeting deadlines. As a key member of the team, you will work under the supervision of Attorneys to deliver high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal administrative support to the department to enhance effectiveness
- Provide a broad spectrum of services under the supervision of Attorneys
- Locate case information and open and maintain files for effective case management
- Copy, scan and file new instructions and allocate accordingly
- Adhere to deadlines and juggle multiple calendars
- Prepare cheque request and conduct reconciliations
- Preparation of monthly reports
- General secretary/admin duties

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Excellent writing skills essential
