Job Summary

A well-established company in Bloemfontein is seeking a dynamic and proactive Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and effectively manage their time to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, document management, and correspondence handling.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date.

  • Assist in coordinating office activities to improve efficiency.

  • Liaise with clients and suppliers professionally and efficiently.

  • Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.

  • Manage schedules and appointments while prioritizing tasks effectively.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12) qualification.

  • Valid drivers license.

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.

  • Own reliable transport.

  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative.

  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 07h30 to 16h30
Friday: 07h30 to 14h00

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a proactive and energetic Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about animals, has excellent interpersonal skills, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for general administration, reception duties, and handling bookings. This is a customer-facing position, and friendliness, reliability, and strong communication are essential.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written)

  • Excellent computer literacy

  • Experience with invoices and banking reconciliation (advantageous)

  • Friendly, presentable, and approachable

  • Passion for animals and client service

  • Flexible and reliable must be willing to work overtime when needed

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good administrative and organisational ability

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work

  • Ability to multitask and manage bookings efficiently

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily bookings and customer communication

  • Perform general administrative duties

  • Front-desk reception and client service

  • Maintain accurate invoicing and assist with banking reconciliation

  • Provide assistance where needed to support the smooth operation of the boutique

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00

  • Flexibility required for occasional overtime as needed
