About the Role
We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our luxury hospitality collection team in Johannesburg. As a full HR lifecycle business partner with dual mandate, you will act as the HR Business Partner for Support Office employees and support Property HR teams through group-level guidance, data oversight, and consistent people practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the HR Business Partner to Support Office leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
- Partner with managers on workforce planning, performance management, and capability development.
- Support employee relations matters in a non-unionised environment, ensuring fairness and defensibility.
- Coach leaders on managing performance, behaviour, and engagement in line with organisational values.
- Group HR Enablement & Property HR Support: Provide advisory input on performance management, employee relations, and complex people matters.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology (NQF 67).
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a full HRBP or HR generalist role within a multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation, particularly BCEA, LRA, and Employment Equity.
- Demonstrated experience with payroll oversight, workforce data, and statutory reporting.
