Responsibilities:

• Assist senior quantity surveyors in estimating and costing building projects
• Prepare bills of quantities and tender documents
• Analyse project variations and prepare variation orders
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering exercises
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to gather relevant information
• Assist in monitoring project budgets and costs
• Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to project managers
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
