About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled Senior Wealth Administrator to join a premier wealth management team in Bloemfontein. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a senior professional to take ownership of client portfolios and provide high-level support to the Wealth Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Administration: Proactively manage client accounts and ensure the fast, efficient processing of new investments and business.
- Client Servicing: Maintain direct relationships with clients to action instructions, manage investment affairs, and provide optimal reporting.
- Compliance Management: Ensure advisors maintain high compliance levels and that client reviews are conducted and documented according to SLAs.
- Leadership: Provide management and support to junior staff members.
- Events Coordination: Assist with the efficient planning and coordination of client functions.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience within the Financial Services industry.
- Education: Matric certificate is required; a relevant Financial Services Diploma or Degree is highly advantageous.
- Certifications: RE 5 or NQF 5 Certificate in Wealth Management is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Full computer literacy (MS Office) and strong system skills.
- Attributes: A team player with a pro-active, results-driven mindset and a high tolerance for stress.
