About the Role

GAP Consulting is seeking an experienced Workshop Foreman to join our team in Boksburg. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing large fleets and technical teams in a transport and logistics workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee large fleets and technical teams in a transport and logistics workshop environment
Ensure efficient maintenance and repair of trailers, reefers, Volvo & MAN Trucks
Provide guidance and support to team members as needed
Manage inventory and ordering of parts and materials
Maintain accurate records and reports on workshop activities

Requirements

Minimum 10+ years’ experience in a Transport and Logistics workshop environment
3–5 years’ Foreman experience, overseeing large fleets and technical teams
Trade Tested Diesel Mechanic | Auto Electrician or Equivalent Qualification (advantageous)
Proficiency in MS Office and Fleet Maintenance Systems essential
Strong knowledge of Trailers | Reefers | Volvo & MAN Trucks
