About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Reservationist to join our team at Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd in Pongola, South Africa. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient front office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reservations and room bookings accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service to international guests and travel agents
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision
- Maintain accurate records and reports in PMS systems
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve guest satisfaction

- Grade 12 / Matric
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field preferred
- Formal hotel school qualification advantageous
- Valid driver’s license beneficial
