About the Role
We are looking for experienced Trade Facilitation Analysts to manage end?to?end processing of Pre?Conformity Assessment documentation (according to PCA / PVoC programs) for import and export shipments.
The role is administrative and operations?driven, requiring close coordination with clients, exporters, inspectors, certification centers, and internal SGS teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely Certificate of Conformity (CoCs) are issued in accordance with import country regulations.
Important Clarification
This is a product trade facilitation role focused on import/export documentation, inspection coordination, and Certificate of Conformity (CoC) processing.
It is NOT a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Finance Analyst position.
Required Experience & Profile
Essential
- Minimum 2 years experience in import / export, trade operations, freight forwarding, trade compliance, customs clearing, logistics, or supply?chain administration or inspection coordination.
- Strong exposure to documentation?driven processes
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fluent in English (additional languages advantageous)
Advantageous
- Prior experience in Trade Facilitation Services (TFS) or Pre-export Verification of Conformity (PVoC)
- Exposure and understanding of PVoC / PCA / CoC certification programs
- Comfortable with structured, operational work
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage inspection requests and certification files from start to finish
- Act as the primary liaison between Company, exporters, importers, and certification centers
- Review inspection requests for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate inspections, sampling, testing, and document collection where applicable
- Ensure Certificates of Conformity (CoC’s) are issued in line with country?specific standards
- Monitor and resolve blocking actions and missing information affecting certification timelines
- Generate invoices, follow up on payments, and register receipts
- Manage amendments, replacements, and discrepancy resolution related to CoC’s
- Maintain accurate records in Company?approved systems and tools
- Support Quality Management System (QMS) compliance and follow internal procedures
