About the Role
Masterparts Brackenfell is seeking a Cash & COD Clerk to join our team at our branch in Brackenfell, Western Cape. As a key member of our sales and administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payment processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Receipting of CODs, EFTs and Credit/Debit Card payments
- Operating a computerised POS system
- Receipting of invoices and credit notes
- Following up and ensuring there are no outstanding COD payments
- Reconciling credits
- Resolving queries with drivers and sales staff
- General Filing duties
- Liaising with Head Office for account admin and maintenance
- Ensuring sales staff and drivers adhere to company protocols
- Relieving General Admin Clerk as required
- Relieving Telephonist/Switchboard as required
- Assisting with ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Good computer skills
- Cash & COD Clerk experience (3 Years)
- Reconciliation experience
- Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Accurate with numbers with attention to detail
- Honest and reliable
- Strong personality to deal with customers and salesman
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Communicate fluently and efficiently in English and Afrikaans
