Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, Bills of Quantities, tender documentation, and managing project costs from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates
- Develop and manage Bills of Quantities
- Assist in the preparation of tender documentation
- Manage project costs throughout the lifecycle
Requirements
- 3 years experience as an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
Salary & Benefits
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary range of R500,000 – R750,000 per annum, depending on experience.
