About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive F&I Manager with Suzuki dealership background to join our team in Burgersfort, Limpopo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing all vehicle finance and insurance transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all vehicle finance and insurance transactions
• Structure finance deals and present options to customers
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and dealership requirements
• Maintain relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers
• Maximise F&I profitability through effective product sales
• Prepare and submit finance applications accurately and efficiently
• Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant
• Deliver a professional and seamless customer experience
• Handle customer queries and resolve any finance-related issues
• Maintain accurate records and reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive F&I Manager (Essential)
• Suzuki dealership experience (Advantageous)
• Relevant F&I qualification and accreditation (FAIS compliant)
• Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products
• Experience working with Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Valid drivers licence
