About the Role
The Burgersfort Citrus Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of our citrus production facility, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture and experience managing large-scale production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects and coordinate with team members to meet production targets
- Monitor and maintain equipment, including MAFF RODA mechanical sizer
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Conduct regular inventory management and supply chain optimization
- Develop and implement strategies for improving production yields and quality
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Additional Agricultural qualifications an advantage
- Valid drivers license required
- Experience with MAFF RODA mechanical sizer an asset
