About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Leasing Manager to join our team in Woodstock, Cape Town. As a key member of our commercial property leasing environment, you will play a vital role in negotiating lease renewals, liaising with landlords and portfolio managers, and ensuring the smooth administration of our properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate lease renewals
- Liaise with various Landlords and Portfolio Managers
- Check status quo and unique requirements/clauses of lease agreements
- Prepare offers and lease agreements for signature
- Implement systems and control measures
- Maintain Tenant/Landlord relations and Property Administration
- Provide professional support services to the team
Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (ESSENTIAL)
- Tertiary Qualification (will be an advantage)
- 3 years of experience in commercial property leasing environment (PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT an estate rental agent role)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential
- Proficient in both English and Afrikaans
- Computer literate in MS Office

- National Senior Certificate
- Tertiary Qualification (if applicable)
