About the Role

Join our world-renowned 5-star hotel in Cape Town’s city centre and bring your passion for mixology to life. As a luxury bartender, you’ll be part of a high-performing hospitality team delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create exceptional cocktails with precision and flair
  • Deliver engaging, world-class guest service
  • Maintain premium bar standards, hygiene, and stock control
  • Recommend signature drinks and elevate the guest experience
  • Work seamlessly with our hospitality team

Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ experience in luxury bars, hotels, or high-end restaurants
  • Strong mixology knowledge (classic & contemporary cocktails)
