About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to provide world-class support to our Managing Director and his executive team in Cape Town City Centre. As a seasoned professional, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of critical executive operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the right hand to the MD and Directors, managing day-to-day operations with professionalism and discretion.
- Master the calendar plan and schedule meetings, appointments, video/teleconferences, and events seamlessly.
- Serve as the first point of contact screening calls, managing diaries, and coordinating with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Research, prepare, and polish executive reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Organise high-level events, conferences, and catering arrangements.
- Manage expense claims, promotional materials, and occasional personal errands.
- Ensure a smooth flow of information and provide exceptional executive support at all times.
Requirements
- National Diploma in Office Management or equivalent qualification (advantageous).
- 10 years proven experience as an Executive PA at senior level.
- Exceptional organisation, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Professional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently under pressure, prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlines.

Salary & Benefits
Salary R32 000 to R35 000 CTC (Basic Salary, Medical Aid & Provident Fund).
