About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Technical Support professional to join our team in Cape Town City Centre as a contractor. As an IT Technical Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and analysis to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Analysis & Monitoring
  • Intelligence Analyze alarm trends, patterns, and correlations
  • Detect anomalies and provide proactive insights
  • Engage domain teams for remediation
  • Technical Support & Engineering Level 2 fault diagnosis and advanced troubleshooting
  • Configure alerts, design automation use cases
  • Support integration of new systems
