About the Role

The Lead Project Engineer (Migrations & Onboards) is responsible for leading end-to-end client migration and onboarding projects across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. This role ensures seamless transitions to modern infrastructure platforms, while maintaining high standards of security, performance, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple migration and onboarding projects across diverse client environments.
  • Drive full lifecycle delivery from planning through post-migration support.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of infrastructure upgrades.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders including technical teams and executives.
  • Execute tenant migrations, endpoint onboarding, and system integrations.
  • Design hybrid-cloud architectures and synchronization strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments.
  • Proven track record in migration and onboarding projects.
  • Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs).
  • Experience with virtualization technologies.
  • Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python).

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in IT or related field.
