About the Role

The Lead Project Engineer (Migrations & Onboards) is responsible for leading end-to-end client migration and onboarding projects across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. This role ensures seamless transitions to modern infrastructure platforms, while maintaining high standards of security, performance, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple migration and onboarding projects across diverse client environments.
Drive full lifecycle delivery from planning through post-migration support.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of infrastructure upgrades.
Coordinate with stakeholders including technical teams and executives.
Execute tenant migrations, endpoint onboarding, and system integrations.
Design hybrid-cloud architectures and synchronization strategies.

Requirements

Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments.
Proven track record in migration and onboarding projects.
Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs).
Experience with virtualization technologies.
Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python).

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in IT or related field.
