About the Role

Join our team in Cape Town City Centre as a Manufacturing Production Assistant. As a key member of our production department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program CNC routers, knives, and lathes
  • Create and maintain drawings to support production
  • Order outsourced jobs and manage supplier coordination
  • Load inventory codes and create Bills of Materials (BOM)
  • Prepare costings and production documentation
  • Oversee CNC department operations
  • Assist with setup of new jobs and troubleshooting production issues

Requirements

  • Matric certificate
  • Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with industrial CNC machines
  • Draughting/CAD certification (advantageous)
  • Industrial Engineering certification (advantageous)

Qualifications

  • Own reliable transportation
