About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Operations Virtual Assistant to provide ongoing structural support to our Europe-based client. As a key member of their remote team, you will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns, maintaining internal systems, and ensuring data accuracy across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with content updates and management on WordPress
- Support CRM and marketing automation activities using HubSpot
- Schedule and publish content on social media platforms, including Meta and LinkedIn
- Provide general support with marketing campaigns and digital initiatives
- Maintain and update internal systems and processes
- Assist with administrative and coordination tasks as required
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch (written and verbal) – essential
- Based in South Africa with a stable internet connection
- Strong digital proficiency, particularly with HubSpot and WordPress
- Experience with social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
