About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team, working remotely from Cape Town City Centre. As a Commission-only role with excellent earning potential, you will have the opportunity to earn up to R40 000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct between 10 – 15 interviews in a week
  • Bring new clients onboard
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional client service

Requirements

  • Own Laptop or computer
  • Uncapped internet
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Ability to write professional reports
  • Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Target-driven and deadline-driven
  • Well-groomed and presented
  • Strong understanding of Zoom or Google Meet

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience required
