About the Role

We’re looking for a highly driven and strategic Recruitment Consultant to join our fast-paced team in Cape Town City Centre. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for building and managing client relationships, sourcing top talent, managing job placements end-to-end, and hitting and exceeding performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage client relationships
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent
  • Manage job placements end-to-end
  • Hit and exceed performance targets

Requirements

  • Strong business development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (if applicable)
