About the Role
The purpose of this role is to ensure the accurate and efficient administration of medical accounts, including the processing and follow-up of medical aid claims, patient billing, and account reconciliations. The Medical Accounts Administrator will act as a key liaison between patients, doctors, and medical schemes, ensuring that all queries are resolved professionally and timeously.
