About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage the end-to-end employee hiring process for our organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding. Their goal is to source, attract, select, and retain top talent to help the organization meet its objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Advertising: Write and publish job postings across job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
  • Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial screening interviews, and evaluate candidates against specific job requirements.
  • Interviewing: Facilitate assessments, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and participate in final evaluation panels.
  • Vetting: Obtain and manage reference and background checks on prospective employees.
  • Database Management: Track applicants using Applicant Tracking Systems and maintain accurate recruitment records.
  • Reporting: Ensure the Hiring Manager and relevant parties are up to date on recruitment progress.

Requirements

  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • A Degree in Human Resources or similar field

Experience & Skills

  • At least 5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, for both white and blue collar workers, preferably in the Motor Industry.
  • Good command of English
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Sound knowledge of recruitment portals
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Organizing and planning ability
  • Basic computer and Excel knowledge
  • Customer service driven

General Requirement

  • Presentable and neat
  • Clear criminal record
