About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BI Developer to join our IT solutions team within an Asset Management company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and building Business Intelligence (BI) solutions that drive business strategic goals. Your ability to solve complex problems and understand the business in detail is essential to thrive in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit and analyse business requirements
- Design, build and maintain BI solutions through the full stack
- Prepare and combine data from multiple sources to create a single source of truth
- Relational and dimensional data modelling
- Analyse and interpret data, build reports to provide business insights and improve business process
- Mentor junior team members
Requirements
- Relevant degree
- 5 or more years of experience as a BI Analyst/Developer
- Experience in either Power BI or Qlik
- Advanced SQL skills
- Strong numeracy
- Proven track record of project delivery
