About the Role

Our client, a growing SaaS platform, is seeking a disciplined mid-level Systems Developer to join their team in Cape Town City Centre. They are looking for someone who can work within their mature, production-stable codebase to improve performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Angular (TypeScript) front-end features.
  • Work with .NET backend APIs.
  • Write and maintain SQL Server stored procedures.
  • Debug issues across UI, backend, and database layers.
  • Improve reporting accuracy and performance.
  • Refactor code safely while preserving existing behaviour.
  • Deliver complete, production-ready features end-to-end.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong experience with Angular and TypeScript.
  • Solid experience with SQL Server, including writing and debugging stored procedures.
  • Experience working on live production systems.
  • Exposure to maintaining or enhancing established platforms (as opposed to greenfield development only).
