About the Role
We are excited to offer a Travel Consultant Learnership opportunity to young, unemployed youth in Cape Town City Centre. This programme is designed to equip learners with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with travel arrangements
- Operate booking systems like Galileo
- Provide excellent customer service
- Process accommodation, transport, and air travel procedures
- Maintain accurate records and reports

- Age: 18-35 years old
- Education: Matric (Grade 12) or NQF Level 4/5 qualification
- Status: Unemployed
- Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Customer service skills
