Job Description
Hire Resolve, a reputable recruitment agency, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our client’s team as a Clinical Medical & Regulatory Director. The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading the development and execution of clinical research programs, as well as ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
– Provide strategic leadership and direction for the clinical and regulatory affairs functions
– Design and implement clinical research programs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
– Oversee the execution of clinical trials, including protocol development, participant recruitment, and data collection and analysis
– Manage relationships with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines
– Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables
– Represent the company at industry conferences, professional meetings, and regulatory hearings
– Provide medical and scientific expertise to internal teams and external partners
– Contribute to the development of regulatory strategies and submissions for new products and indications
Requirements:
– Strong understanding of GCP, ICH, and other relevant regulations and guidelines
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
– Proven track record of successful project management and team collaboration
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
