Hire Resolve is looking for a Corporate Tax Manager specializing in UK Client Knowledge to join our prestigious client’s growing team and new offices in Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, providing expert tax consulting and compliance services.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise to deliver high-quality tax advice, ensure compliance with UK tax regulations, and develop strong relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include overseeing tax return preparation, managing tax provisions, and providing strategic insights to optimize tax positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate tax compliance and reporting for a range of UK clients
• Provide tax consultation services and strategic tax planning advice
• Oversee the preparation and review of corporate tax returns
• Ensure compliance with UK tax laws and regulations
• Stay up to date with changes in tax legislation and develop appropriate responses
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Mentor and train junior staff in tax matters
• Lead tax audits and manage communication with authorities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CTA or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate tax, with specific knowledge of UK tax regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience with Compliance would be preferred
