About the Role

Hire Resolve is a reputable recruitment agency specializing in placing top finance and administration professionals. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Financial and Administration Lead to join our dynamic team in Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all financial aspects of the organization, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports
Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships
Coordinate and oversee the annual audit process
Manage the administrative functions of the office, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and managing correspondence
Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial and administrative processes
Supervise and mentor finance and administrative staff

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
Proven experience in financial management and administration
Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles
Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
