Our client in the Financial Services industry is currently looking for a Leads Insurance Consultant, in Bellville, Cape Town.

Responsibilities:

• Generating quality sales opportunities for the Distribution channels.
• Achieve the minimum production norms & targets set.
• Quality outbound calls to clients to create quality sales opportunities.
• Adhere to the quality standards of the Sanlam Direct CCC.
• Record client information and requests on the Sentrix system.
• Handle and appropriately refer customer complaints and objections.

Requirements:

• Matric (or equivalent qualification)
• Minimum 3 years Call Centre experience.
• Call Centre experience (Outbound would be an advantage)
• Previous financial services experience will be advantageous.
• MS: Office (Excel, Word, PP, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Sentrix.

Remuneration:

• Up to R13 000 per month plus commission.
