Our clients are seeking young, vibrant, eager individuals living with a disability to participate in a 12-Month Learnership Programme. Below possible Learnership Opportunities Available:

  • Generic Management NQF3
  • Project Management NQF4
  • Business Administration NQF4

Position Requirements:

  • Matric (Must have a valid Grade 12 certificate)
  • Must have a Clear Criminal record
  • Must have a Medical Proof of Disability
  • MS Office proficient (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and make an impression during workplace experience.
  • Willingness and discipline to undertake the learnership (study and work at the same time)
  • Strong and effective communication skills verbal and written
  • Must be a South African citizen
  • The position will be to work as a Learner in various selected departments to gain work experience and an overall understanding of those environments.
  • The learner will be based at various host companies within Cape Town and follow those host companies policies and procedures.
  • The work experience will be either administration, client services, customer services, reception, office support, contact centre.
  • Applicants CV must include all previously completed learnership.
