Plant Manager (Water & Waste Water Management) – Cape Town

About the Role:

An established water and waste management service provider is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and management of a Faecal Sludge Management (FSM) Facility.

The successful candidate will ensure that all operational, contractual, and performance objectives are met, maintaining high standards of compliance, efficiency, and client satisfaction. This role is ideal for a technically skilled and results-driven professional with proven leadership experience in wastewater or related treatment operations.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Relevant Technical Diploma in Water Treatment, Civil / Mechanical / Process Engineering (or equivalent).
• DWS Class V Process Controller certification.
• Minimum 5 years of verifiable operational, maintenance, and management experience at a Class B or higher Wastewater Treatment Works (WWTW).
• Proven experience in Water and Wastewater Management.
• Demonstrated management experience with a solid performance track record.
