About the Role

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and manage the implementation of their business management solutions for clients. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to project plans and milestones.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Gather and document client requirements, translating them into actionable project plans.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and assess project risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively address project challenges and ensure timely resolution.
  • Oversee the implementation of ERP, CRM, and other business management solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of software solutions with client systems.
  • Coordinate and manage software testing and user training.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in software implementation or IT consulting.
  • Strong understanding of ERP and CRM systems.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Experience working with South African businesses is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.

About the Role

Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for low-cost housing projects in Cape Town. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, coordination, and execution of low-cost housing projects, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget
