Role Purpose As the Credit Control Administrator at PayJustNow, your primary responsibility is to manage the end-to-end receivables process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of customer accounts. You will play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow, minimising credit risk, and supporting the finance team with reporting and compliance. Core Responsibilities Invoicing & Collections Generate and issue accurate customer invoices in line with contractual terms. Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments. Liaise with customers to resolve billing queries and disputes. Account Reconciliation Maintain up-to-date and accurate debtor records. Perform regular reconciliations of customer accounts and payment allocations. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Reporting & Compliance Prepare debtor ageing reports and cash collection forecasts. Support month-end close processes and audit requirements. Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and external regulations. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline receivables processes and improve efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance billing accuracy and customer experience. Contribute to the development and documentation of AR policies and procedures.
