About the Role

A well-established Medical company in Cape Town is seeking a Customer Service Clerk to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle quotations, COD orders, and courier arrangements
  • Manage customer queries, backorders, goods returned, and complaints
  • Process credit requests
  • Maintain company Safety, Housekeeping, and Quality Standards
  • Comply with mandatory alcohol and drug testing requirements
  • Promote proactive commitment to health, safety, wellbeing, and environmental compliance
  • Operate within ISO13485:2016 quality management system standards

Requirements

  • Matric Grade 12
  • 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent telephone technique with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience preparing quotes
  • Experience handling customer queries

Qualifications

  • Inhouse training provided
