About the Role
Join our dynamic team as an Operations Manager in one of our eight Boutique Hotels, and drive excellence in hospitality! We’re looking for a hands-on leader to oversee daily hotel operations, ensure top-notch guest experiences, and lead a team of passionate and talented team members. With a passion for service excellence, you’ll be the heartbeat of our hotels, driving quality service and guest satisfaction at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest service, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Drive quality service and guest satisfaction
- Ensure brand standards are met at all times.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Requirements
- 5 years’ hospitality experience, and at least three in a leadership role
- Leadership and communication skills
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset
- A passion for service excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (if applicable)
- Relevant certifications or diplomas (if applicable)
