Join a manufacturing team as a Personal Assistant in the Western Cape! As a PA, youll play a key role in coordinating both local and international travel arrangements, including managing logistics for teams and handling visa applications. You will also support a range of office tasks such as answering the switchboard, assisting with wages, preparing monthly board packs, and managing office supplies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You should have a Matric certificate and relevant experience, with strong exposure to travel coordination, including international bookings and visa processes. A valid drivers licence and your own vehicle are required. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential.
