About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining a professional atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage switchboard and respond to emails
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Process purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Arrange courier collections and deliveries
- Handle travel arrangements and capture travel invoices and information
- Record keeping and tracking of stock levels (refreshments & stationery)
- Order products from various suppliers
- General office management, including maintaining clean and tidy offices and cupboards
- Overseeing office cleaner and arranging annual maintenance
- Providing administrative assistance during audits
- Booking boardroom meetings and scheduling travel
Requirements
- Own reliable vehicle to get to and from work
- Grade 12 or higher
- Previous experience in receptionist/administrative role
- First Aid certificate advantageous
- Computer literate
- Proficient with MS Office
- Relevant experience on SAGE X3 is advantageous
- Fluent typing skills minimum 45wpm
- Fluent in English
