Junior Admin Clerk New Era Springs, Gauteng Location: New Era Springs, Gauteng Type: Temp Salary: R6 000 R7 000 per month Job Summary Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Admin Clerk to provide administrative support and assist with daily office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, processing invoices, maintaining stock records, and ensuring accurate administration. Key Responsibilities Assist with quotes, invoicing, stock control etc Prepare and issue customer quotations. Capture and process invoices accurately. Assist with stock control and stock record maintenance. Perform data capturing and general filing duties. Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation. Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally. Assist with ordering and monitoring office and stock supplies. Support management with general administrative tasks. Ensure all paperwork is completed and filed correctly. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 / Matric certificate. Previous administrative experience will be advantageous. Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and Outlook). Good communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good organizational and time management skills. Reside in or around Springs or have reliable transport.
