An exciting opportunity has become available within our Marketing Department for a Traffic Coordinator. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless flow of work within our studiomanaging the dispatch and delivery of all creative briefs while maintaining deadlines and quality. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming work from project coordinators to production teams, ensuring efficient delivery from brief to completion. Liaise closely with coordinators to understand project scope, business needs, and delivery timelines. Compile and continuously update studio schedules to reflect current workloads and deadlines. Assess incoming briefs and assign appropriate designers or creative resources to projects. Act as the central point of contact between coordinators and the studio for all design-related projects. Monitor project progress, flag potential delays, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Review and analyze completed projects for continuous improvement opportunities. Consolidate client requirements to streamline creative output and ensure alignment with objectives. Organise and facilitate kick-off meetings, brainstorming sessions, and design presentations. Develop and maintain monthly review decks to report on team performance and project output. Track time spent on projects to identify workflow efficiencies and inform future resource planning. Work with Brand Head to manage leave requests within the studio team and coordinate cover where needed. Conduct monthly check-ins with team leads to review studio performance, workload, and growth. Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing studio workflows in a creative or marketing environment. Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related field. Strong understanding of the creative process and development lifecycle. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities. Able to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects. High emotional intelligence with proven conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to adapt to shifting business needs with agility and initiative. Proven self-leadership and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
