About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Reservations & Sales Consultant to join our prestigious luxury property collection based in Cape Town. As a polished and service-driven individual, you will be responsible for converting enquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling reservations and sales enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings with confidence and finesse
- Providing detailed property knowledge and tailored recommendations
- Building strong relationships with guests, agents and internal teams
- Managing bookings, rates and availability accurately
- Delivering a seamless, luxury-level guest journey from enquiry to arrival
Requirements
- Previous experience in reservations, sales or luxury hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with a warm, service-orientated approach
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Passionate about luxury travel, accommodation and exceptional service
