About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious luxury property collection based in Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for a polished, service-driven Reservations & Sales Consultant who understands that selling luxury is all about storytelling, relationships and flawless attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling reservations and sales enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings with confidence and finesse
- Providing detailed property knowledge and tailored recommendations
- Building strong relationships with guests, agents and internal teams
- Managing bookings, rates and availability accurately
- Delivering a seamless, luxury-level guest journey from enquiry to arrival
Requirements
- Previous experience in reservations, sales or luxury hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with a warm, service-orientated approach
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
