Job Description
Focus on safety: always apply safety regulations (those of the site and of Sarens itself), complete the LMRA (Last Minute Risk Analysis), ensure that colleagues/clients/suppliers follow safety rules, and take additional safety measures when needed.
Assist with crane assembly and disassembly.
Guide loads during lifting operations: act as the eyes of the crane operator, directing movements and providing accurate and clear information to the crane operator.
Attach loads during lifting operations: correctly connect the crane hook to the load.
Properly manage lifting equipment. Depending on the assignment or client, work independently or as part of a team of riggers.
