Job Summary:
Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Administrator to join our client’s tax department. The Senior Tax Administrator will be responsible for managing and overseeing all tax matters within the company, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and laws, and providing strategic tax planning and advice to senior management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax administration, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex tax issues.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee all tax-related activities within the company, including preparation and filing of tax returns, tax planning, and compliance with tax laws and regulations
– Prepare and review tax calculations, estimates, and projections to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws
– Provide strategic tax planning and advice to senior management to minimize tax liability and optimize tax efficiency
– Conduct research on tax issues and developments to stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations
– Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities on tax audits and inquiries
– Develop and implement tax policies and procedures to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
– Train and mentor junior tax staff on tax regulations and best practices

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; SAIT Practitioner is preferred
– 5+ years of experience in tax administration, preferably in a senior role
– Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
– Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
