About the Role
NDC Personnel is currently recruiting for a talented Transport Co-ordinator to join our client, a logistics giant, at their Western Cape site. In this role, you will be liaising with clients and analysing load information in order to determine appropriate routes and rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients to determine appropriate routes and rates
- Manage client relationships and resolve any issues that may arise
- Organise pick-ups and drop-offs
- Maintain high level of client satisfaction
- Enter and update shipment information, trace and update information, reschedule shipments and deliveries as needed
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in transport or logistics
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Familiarity with Transport Management Systems (TMS)
- Strong South African geography knowledge
Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification is a bonus
