Malelane: Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Malelane. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within our processing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage audits, quality systems, and compliance within a processing environment
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
• Supervise and mentor a team to ensure adherence to quality and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular inspections and monitoring to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Food Technology, Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field
• 3 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance role within the food, beverage, fruit processing, or juice manufacturing industry (beneficial)
• 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or management capacity
• Previous experience managing audits, quality systems, and compliance within a processing environment
