About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee daily operations, enhance efficiency, and drive the company’s growth in the cash management industry. As a key member of our executive team, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies aligned with our long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all operational aspects of the organisation, including service delivery, client relations, and process improvement.
  • Develop and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to create strategic plans and business objectives.
  • Oversee risk management, quality assurance, and adherence to regulatory requirements within cash management processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (10 years) in operations management within cash management, banking, or financial services.

  • Strong knowledge of cash management solutions, regulatory frameworks, and industry trends.
