About the Role
People Dimension, an international organization providing business solutions for HR, Operations, Commerce and Finance to all industries, is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Dynamics Pre Sales Agent to join their team. As a seasoned professional in Dynamics 365 implementation, you will play a crucial role in understanding client requirements, designing and configuring solutions, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis and Solution Design:
- Understanding client requirements, mapping business processes, and identifying areas for improvement within Dynamics 365.
- Designing and configuring Dynamics 365 solutions, including data models, workflows, and user interfaces.
- Setting up and configuring Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, Operations) to meet client needs.
- Assisting with migrating data from legacy systems to Dynamics 365.
- Identifying and resolving issues related to the Dynamics 365 implementation.
Requirements
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expertise: In-depth knowledge of one or more Dynamics 365 modules and ability to gather requirements, analyse processes, and translate them into system solutions.
- Focuses on the functional and technical aspects of Dynamics 365, such as configuring modules, workflows, development, integration, and customization.
